About us

Welcome to tivuno official account on envato. We are specialized in providing custom modules & templates for PrestaShop eco-system. Our HQ is located in a tiny village named ”Milopotamos” close to a small town named ”Drama” which lies less than an hour by car from the Greek-Bulgarian borders.

Moral values

My top mission is the finest quality. No matter how hard I may work, issues occur from time to time. I work together with my clientele in order to address the problems as fast (and mostly accurately) as possible.

You are not my clientele total. I do thank and respect you because of supporting me and my dreams. However, equity is one moral value I try hard to preserve. So I kindly ask for your understanding, as other clients may have contacted me before your own case or it may be more serious than yours (critical issues are being handled with top priority).

Due to the Covid crisis, I had to apply some drastic measures in my daily routine. As a result, I work full-time delivering tasty food to starving people

When I am off, coding consumes mostly the rest of my time. I kindly request for your understanding because I am trying to save up money in order to relocate to the Netherlands and study in TU Delft.

I do love when users criticize my work, providing ideas which make my modules greater. I do not like hatred and improper language in general or a rating without feedback. Either a bad or a good rating, I should know where to emphasize or which part needs improvement.

Theme authors

You are allowed to include our modules in your theme aiming to improve its usability, add more value in general and give it an extra boost in sales as a consequence.

To do so, an extended license is required per 100 sales. If you read this in a marketplace where there is no extended license, the only one is the basic. In this case, a license per 10 sales is required.

A written consent (with valid date) is required to verify the collaboration terms and the genuine intentions. Contact us for more details.

Customization

You may ask for customization of any kind for an extra fee, which will be defined when we know details about your request. In case your idea has a lot of demand, we may give it to you for free. This action lies in our discretion, unfortunately.
