Mark Harrington

NZ-born musician and luthier (Dragonfly Tapping Instruments), now living and working in Patagonia, Argentina.

I’m available for freelance composition/recording and tend to make melancholic sort of ambient music using sounds drawn from my exploration in instrument design, and experimentation in playing techniques.

I generally prefer to use the wonderfully nuanced and natural sound of real string and percussive instruments … but also enjoy combining these with elements from world of electronic/digital music.
