Mubeena Mohammed’s career purpose is to facilitate extraordinary results in organisations by applying her specialist knowledge of Organisational Psychology. She applies Philosophy and the Social Sciences in her consulting work to enable transformation in the workplace.
Mubeena has facilitated Organisation Change Management and provided HR strategy advisory to high-profile global organisations which include Abu Dhabi and Dubai Government entities, American multi-nationals and large family businesses in the UAE since 2003.
She is currently involved in bringing a new change management process to the Middle East, called Whole-System Transformation™ and has written a book on her own process called The SpeedChange Project (www.speedchangeproject.com). It is a revolutionary methodology that creates paradigm shifts for extraordinary business results in teams without the use of traditional training.

She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in two majors (Psychology and Philosophy) in May 2001 from Hofstra University, New York with departmental honors in Psychology. She received her Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology in May 2003 also from Hofstra University.
Her sporting interests include salsa dancing and she’s been a national swimmer back in the day. She received her 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate in 2010. She is an avid reader and produces oil and acrylic paintings. She is currently working on her first novel based on her business and philosophical interests.
