Purchased this product and completed the setup, but the license verification keeps failing with “Unable to verify your license,” even after entering a valid purchase code.

I’ve emailed the author three times with full details (license code, username, screenshots, and version), but there has been no response at all. This is disappointing, especially for a paid product where license verification directly blocks usage.

The product itself looks promising, but lack of support makes it unreliable for real use. If you are considering this item, be aware that you may be on your own if something goes wrong.

Support responsiveness needs serious improvement.
