I have purchased this website with the expectation that I would have access to the suite of page templates within Elementor. I am at a standstill with completing my website because Im not able to utilize the page template.
Customer service said that this was due to an issue with Elementor template library and they would look for the solution and update "soon", however, they refuse to provide an ETA which isn't helpful at all and I wish I knew about this before purchasing the theme
