I purchased this theme and encountered an issue regarding font licensing. I was contacted by a company called Fontradar, requesting a payment of $240 for using a font that is not free. Unfortunately, the theme author chose to incorporate a licensed font, which has led to this issue.

When I reached out to the author for clarification, they denied using any licensed font and suggested that I am responsible for acquiring any necessary licenses. However, upon further inspection of the files I downloaded, it appears that the font used is indeed a licensed one.

I am considering taking legal action, such as filing a small claims court case against the author. In the meantime, I have contacted ThemeForest to inquire about the situation and await their response.

This is an unfortunate situation, and I would not recommend this theme to others. As it's concerning to think there may be other potential licensing issues, whether with the code or images included in the theme.
