Wow! If you already know the struggle of always having to respond to customers, and most of all, respond in a very happy and friendly way at all times, it is VERY time consuming and also requires us, as humans, to be cordial and polite at all times. I was struggling with this for months, I read all kinds of customer service books and self-help books (lol), then I found out I can connect OpenAI to my WhatsApp business chat. There are so many solutions out there, but I needed one TONIGHT. So I bought this and left my laptop on with this chatbot running, I woke up with seeing a friendly and polite, formal (and professional) conversation with a current customer, depending on the prompt you set up, it really changes the mindset of the customer to be happy and respect you!

Good sir, your chatbot is so powerful and I hope you continue to add more features. I don't need it to add images/videos because I can upload those somewhere else and just include a link, it even reduces the data usage for the customer.

My main source of income is through WhatsApp Business, and all my customers and prospect communicate with me through there, maybe a feature to accidentally avoid having my account banned? or a feature to connect to a webhook?
