I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I received from your team. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I expected.

From the beginning, it felt like my requirements were not taken seriously. Despite providing clear instructions, the deliverables did not align with what we discussed. It seems that once payment was received, the commitment to fulfilling my needs diminished significantly.

I feel misled and cheated, as it appears that your focus is solely on collecting payments rather than delivering quality work. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend your services to others based on my interactions.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer relations and service delivery. I have paid almost 2000$ for customizing the current app which is 69$ while I have still got default app not any customization!!

Even the system and apps full of bugs and missing!
