After using this POS for one year, even after renewing support, I can confidently say this is the worst support team we have ever encountered. They haven't responded to our tickets for 40 days, and the code is riddled with bugs.
Here's a complete explanation of our experience over the year:
We purchased the POS and set it up on our Hostinger cloud hosting (newly purchased at the time). For the first three months, everything was fine. However, our database quickly grew to 6GB, which is the maximum supported by Hostinger. At this point, the POS stopped working properly. We reported this major bug to the support team multiple times, but they ignored us.
We then purchased another hosting service with an unlimited database size. The POS started working fine again, but after another four months, our database size ballooned to 28GB, and the POS completely stopped working. The support team has not responded and instead blames our hosting service, claiming they cannot solve the problem.
How is it possible that our database size is 28GB? Here is our data:
1100 products (without images)
1200+ sales
700+ purchases
150+ stock transfers
100+ stock adjustments
800+ customers
150+ suppliers
Based on my experience, all this data in text form should be less than 300MB.
The major issue is with the Transaction_line_sell_purchase table, which contains over 270 million items. Essentially, on every sale or transaction, the system generates thousands of transactions automatically.
Other basic issues include:
Sometimes invoices do not generate.
Stock mismatches.
Incorrect reports.
Slow loading on the homepage.
Slow loading of reports.
There are numerous other bugs. We are now losing revenue because of this POS. It would be better to use a reputable hardware POS system.
My final suggestion is: do not purchase this POS. Find another one.
