for Code Quality

The filter is useful and very simple to use, however...

I have a VPS with multiple websites and I've been struggling with high CPU usage and Slow mySQL queries, I've had to reset the server or SQL services multiple times a day.

Finally, after months and months of issues I've found that this plugin causes the problems, apparently, if you use it in a catalog or portfolio pages the plugin searches through the entire wordpress post_meta in order to filter and display the results, if you click on an option it then searches again through the entire database... why not only the already filtered results? why go back to the database?

So, for every single visitor you are multiple getting slow SQL queries with joins, this is a fundamental problem, 10 simultaneous visitors and everything goes to hell.

I've uninstalled the filter and my whole server is working perfectly again.

Hello enriquedd.

Thank you for using the plugin and we're sorry to hear that you had this experience.

Please post a support ticket here, or you can send a Private Message to me and we will help you resolve it.

The load on your DataBase depends on various circumstances such as the number of filters, the number of Filter Sets, the number of values in each filter, etc. We have experience in solving such problems and it is not as difficult as it may seem.

If we were unable to help you, or if you are determined not to use our plugin, you can always submit a refund request and we will refund your money.

Thank you.
Best regards.
