I have opened a ticket and got no answer at all. Now the support is expiring, I try to work but the theme doesn't work properly: I couldn't install Demo because it needs Unyson Plug in to work, but Unyson it's no longer available... So, what could I do to work with my website if it isn't possible to open any page? Ok, the plug in it's a third part one, but you need to make up to fix this issue.
