The template is incredibly feature rich and lightweight with a modern look. The support was great at first but we hit a barrier with the Mailchimp form in the footer that I eventually had to solve myself after asking a handful of different ways with screenshots. You get a professionally done template from Opal. Just make sure you may need additional support outside of their scope depending on what you're doing.
