This doesn't have the framework or anything for the implied features, everything is hardcoded into the index.

The template includes many pages with beautiful layout variants and functionalities as in the demo. You can use working contact and newsletter forms, just as on the preview, some of the forms require additional configuration, as specified on the template page: http://prntscr.com/Hp0e6wDBXHsz. We provide the template documentation that describes how to manage included template plugins.
