Documentation is incorrect, there is no real setup guide on how to get it working properly, there is a missing map page which they simply re-direct to a browser so don't trust the screenshot you see where it show the map and pin.

Also, support is non-existent, posted on both in the comments section and their support forum, nothing back after 2 days and counting.
