First remark: It is NOT compatible with the latest version of Node.js.
After that, there are MANY OBSOLETE, DEPRECATED libraries, it looks like the code was written years ago and not updated anymore.
On first run of npm install (Gigaland-Static > Gigaland-retro):
47 vulnerabilities (1 low, 4 moderate, 29 high, 13 critical).
After npm audit fix:
41 vulnerabilities (3 moderate, 29 high, 9 critical).
If you're looking for a project that's quick and easy to develop, don't buy this. At least, until they update it.

NODE: 14.19.3 (LTS)
NPM : 6.14.17
Why we not yet update?, after we try update package some code for alchemy got warning from ethers.min.js, we scare coin will not work when phublish, we create this file before is static, some developer need example code for real nft website
