Customer support for this theme was very good but this theme is just a hot mess. I have been working with WordPress themes for almost 10 year now and this one was the worst. Documentation is not good at all and I literally had to have support step in and fix changes for me that I couldn't even figure out how to do.

This is not a user friendly theme so to be honest, I would shop around and do a bit more research before considering this theme. I had to contact them 3 times in the last month to get my site up and running after parts of the theme broke. I wish I could get my money back but you live and you learn. I am already shopping for another theme.
