Great chat script and totally worth the price. In fact, the cost vs performance is somewhat out of sync as I feel it's probably worth a little more than the developer asks overall as far as the script goes.
However, if you are not savvy with code ad need assistance you will be thrown quite a few links to previous support items that don't always give you a definitive answer to what you're required to get yourself on the road to a fully functioning chat widget.
I have installed hundreds of WordPress blogs over the years and even installed a new one today with FTP upload. With that in mind and having installed a few other PHP-based scripts over the years I found this to be somewhat difficult for a novice/intermediate home website handyman. The install documents don't really tell so much in depth which is a little difficult for the weekend website handyman. For this alone, I give 3 stars.
For the script and support, I give 5 so we have an average of 4 which is still great.
Support is always there during normal working hours and you're always going to get a reply even if it's not 100% what your after the first time or so.
It's a must-buy overall if you're wanting an inexpensive, quality, professional help/chat widget for your website.
