The theme is very nice, but you won't be able to really customize it without entering the code.
For example, we have no option to modify the colors, you must add them yourself by CSS.
The proposed elementor blocks are nice, but you can't edit and customize them (they include any content, image, sidebar).
If you want the exact demo or make very few changes this theme will suit you. If you plan to use it as a base I don't recommend.
