I inquired about issues with our website over a week ago and no progress has been made. Our featured vehicle slider is still not showing up, and the mobile menu has stopped working on the homepage only. Now the header and mobile menu disappears on our homepage. This is very frustrating. Issues with this template continue to pile up. We have been going back and fourth since the 21st of September. They keep telling me to create a ticket about this issue, however, every time we input our license number it will not allow us to create a ticket. Their response times sometimes takes days.
