They don´t give real support! The first time i ask for help they just sayed that i have to pay $20 for it. They made a plugin update that thoesn´t work and i have to pay an extra $20 to get fixed? The plugin was working before the update, so nothing changed in my site, the problem is in their files. I just updated! So every time you update the plugin you may have to open a ticket to them to fix some problem and even pay for the fix!
I really don´t think that is fair! And is really expensive! To pay almost the amount of a new purchase of the plugging ($20 / $27) because their updated failed!
