Theme seems to work well, but the customer support is very, very poor.

I contacted the theme author about a very simple issue with the theme over three weeks ago. The author took about 48 hours to respond, and instead of answering a simple question, asked for login information for my site. I happily provided this information and waited for an update.

A week passed by with no updates from the author and only a single login. Because I couldn't see that anything was being done in regards to my question, I requested an update from the author. They responded somewhat rudely and said the issue would be fixed "over the weekend". Another week passed with no update and no login by the author. I then requested another update. It has been about a week since my last request for an update. The author has not responded and has not logged in using the credentials I provided.

I contacted ThemeForest about this issue, and they have yet to respond as well. Since the author and ThemeForest cannot provide support for this item, I am leaving this product a 1-star review.

Buyer beware, the theme author does not support this product!
