Daylight Saving Time Ends the first Sunday in November at 2:00 a.m. Daylight saving time (DST) or summer time is the practice of advancing clocks during summer months so that people get up earlier in the morning and experience more daylight in the evening. Users of DST adjust clocks forward one hour near the start of spring and change them backward in the autumn. Sates of Arizona and Hawaii do NOT follow daylight saving time and keep the same time all year around. Beautiful evening sunsets.
