National Arbor Day is the last Friday in April (April 27th) and a holiday in which individuals & groups are encouraged to plant and care for trees. Trees provide vital protection for the Earth’s topsoil from erosion, oxygen & homes for wildlife. Trees also are a renewable resource that provides a variety of materials for building, fuel & office supplies. Trees beautify our environment, provide shade on a sunny day & improve our quality of life. Weeping Willow trees bring shade and beauty on a golf course.
