Erigeron annuus, the annual fleabane, daisy fleabane, or eastern daisy fleabanes a species of herbaceous, annual or biennial flowering plant in the family asteracea. It is native to Indiana. Flowers are pollinated by a variety of bees, flies, small butterflies and other insects. Caterpillars feed o the flowers and seeds of annual fleabane and other fleabanes by sucking the plant juices. Rabbits, groundhogs and sheep also eat the foliage, flowers and stems.
