I LOVE Envato
Hi,
My Name is Leon and I am a partial freelancer during my education as IT-Technician.
Its been over a year now since I joined Envato and only ONCE I had to return an Item due to complications. I did make some bad decisions too but it had nothing to do with the author or envato. Now before I buy something, I tend to ask a lot of questions until I am satisfied and I can be sure that the item will work as expected.
I keep my reviews up to date depending on the usage of the item. But never had to remove a star up to now.
After my questions have been answered I write a comment mostly reviewing the first contact (presale) with the author. Which is important because people should know what they will be dealing with (good or bad). Luckily pre-sale conversations have been very positive.
After the Item has been tested and setup to my full satisfaction I review the item and the author.
Well, I hope you enjoy this portal as much as I do and I also hope that envato keeps it running this way.
