Yes. Eventually the sales will decrease. Although you can keep uploading items and the frontpage exposure will surely bring frequent visits to your profile of those who might not have seen your item before or those willing to buy it.

You’ve got some really nice files there, I’m sure they’ll keep selling for a while. Things like the stamp styles will always have an interest. Other things like the retro themed gui will probably be out of fashion at some point.
I would estimate it’s hit and miss. The more generic files were probably have a longer lifespan. However that’s just me thinking out loud, I do not have any empiric evidence to support my theory
