hey all
i’am fresh at envato and i had upload a lot of item but all of it was rejected
there are any help ?! ^^
and thank you beguiler
When a reviewer reject a file, he will tell you the reason of the rejection, try fixing that.
You can also start a new Thread and post a jpeg of your item in the “item descussion” forum category and ask for feedback, you will get some good advices from other authors

thank you cooledition for the advise + thx BlackHawkGFX ^^
The reason for rejection can at times be a little vague and not give a lot to go on in terms of improving. I’ve been where you are. When I first started submitting I was faced with a long line of rejected items. I’ve had near 15 items submitted, of which only 1/3 saw the marketplace. I improved on them and got rejected again. So I dropped them. I’ve moved on to other things since. And I haven’t had a rejection in a while now. I don’t know what you are trying to submit, but I know as a general guideline the files must be clean and crisp, but not overly sharpened, and for certain not blurry. Also run a search on the market before creating something new, if there’s too much of a certain item, there’s a possibility it will get rejected. And use every rejection as a learning experience, rather than letting it get you down.

aha it’s very good advise but the reason at the e-mail is
Unfortunately your submission doesn’t meet our current minimum technical quality requirements for the category it was submitted to. Please consider taking some time to familiarize yourself with our current library and quality levels of popular items before resubmitting.
but i’am not understad what it is the problem !!

ziad, you should post a preview and maybe we’d be able to figure out what was wrong. Technical quality can mean a number of things depending on the file. But for all it’s the not too sharp, not blurry, no blown-up pixels.
Welcome to River. you should post a preview for suggestion .in my suggestion Don’t upload all item at a time ,just upload one item at a time and try to get that item for approval
