Wishlist Custom Code with Getresponse

Hi,

Could you please help me, I’m looking for someone who can modify our Wishlist custom registration page in the following way.

On the registration page which with Wishlist Member you can create multiple registration pages for individual products, which you get to with the drop down box called ( Select Membership Level ) we want to add some custom boxes to put some Getresponse code in which is a Getresponse campaign for this particular product, then on the registration page when it’s live there is a small check box that is ticked all ready with text next to it saying about our newsletter for this product.

So when they use our website product membership registration form and hit submit as long as they don’t un-check the tick box it fires of there name and email to a Getresponse campaign created for that specific registration page.

This needs to use Getresponse API ? as we have been told this is the best solution for getting a single Opt-In action to work, with our Wishlist registration form

This is the software we are using on our wordpress website ( http://member.wishlistproducts.com/ )

Could you please tell me how much it will cost and how long to do please
