I had to change my email address that is linked to my Paypal address due to it being hacked. I contacted support 3 weeks ago to inform them and had no response. As feared, my payment has been sent to the old email paypal account (which now does not exist) and support have contacted me saying I have unclaimed funds. I replied to the email explaining that I had to change my email (and that I contacted support) and I had no response from that either.
What am I supposed to do if support do not respond and I have funds in limbo ?

Wouldnt it be prudent to integrate support and the marketplaces, perhaps just a tab within your profile and link in top right hand dropdown user menu. You guys have seamless sso, cmon get your act together
