Where do you guys get theme ideas and inspiration..?

So sitting here coming up with some ideas for a new theme I thought I’d ask how my fellow authors go about starting themes and getting inspiration…

Browsing Dribbble or other galleries, sketching, listening to music, how do you guys start a new theme?

Some websites like Design Milk can give me alot of inspiration,as designer. Plus my morning coffe,it gives me all I need .
