I think Ivor told you everything you need to improve.
In my opinion the flyer is not unique enough. There are too many files like yours here on the marketplace.

Make more typography versions.
I have to disagree….In terms of being “UNIQUE”, I would have to say that IT IS UNIQUE . For a change there are no champagne bottles for graphics in the flyer.
Maybe you could make the colors of the roses more striking and “less bland”...
Some minor fixes and this will be selling!

What struck me is the font of the “Valentines” which doesn’t seem to flow with the rest.
I also feel there is too much of a difference between the top part and the bottom half. The top have been clamouring really and, the bottom part being bland monochrome.
