sixthtulip saidNice, can you tell more detail about them?
Loki6 saidMy monitors are M-Audio BX 5a. Although they are not very expensive I like their sound.
I have not monitors, but going to take a few months, I want to take a M-Audio BX5 D2 ! How about these? good monitor to get started? Or please recommend me something similar in this price range…Thanks! You can see their performance on the official site: http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/StudiophileBX5aDeluxe.html I may add that I like their sound. I bought them a half years ago and the only problem – one monitor diode is blown.
Hey! this mopad business is really taking off, now i wish i was on a commission
Only joking haha!

I am using an active pair of the M-Audio BX5 . I love them. They are accurate and sound great.
No monitors yet. For me it’s better to use headphones – i have Audiotechnica ATH AD700 – it’s amazing. But i am planning to buy KRK RP5 , yes popular ones, yes yellow ones
I’m using adam a7’s, esi near 08, celestion ditton 44’s with a x over using esi near 5’s as tweeters. esi sw10k sub. Behringer 2030as sat unused
headphones shure e5c.
Anyone notice the m audio bx monitors? being very similar to the esi near monitors?

Got M-Audio AV-40s for general mixing and referencing. But when it comes to actual mixing to mastering, my KRK8400 professional monitor headphones, designed specifically for mastering, nothing compares. Now I just need to learn more about the whole master thingymagig
