Hello, fellow authors from VideoHive
Just like the subject states: I am curious about the kind of sound effects you VideoHive people usually need / use (if you use any
) in your projects.
I am a fellow author (Envatian, as I like to say
) from the AudioJungle for more than a year and a half now and I recently invested my earnings in a sound recording equipment, so I started recording and uploading sfx.
Although I have relatively long list of ideas, I wanted to check it with you all – maybe you could give me ideas what is good, what you (would) use, what would be interesting, what is missing from the library, etc…
I am hunting sounds!
Of course, I plan to upload them to the AudioJungle, but if you need some custom recordings (sfx or ambience sounds), feel free to contact me.
P.S. Of course, if you like any of my sounds (or even music
), you are more than welcome to use watermarked previews in your project previews

Actually, some servo / mechanical noises would be good.
And some cartoony boings, splats, twangs, ricochets etc.
Good swooshes, whooshes and suchlike is bound to sell well. I always find myself deconstructing jet engines, wind sounds and so on.

Hello fellow author from Serbia!
What do you mean by “transforming sounds”? That can be interpreted in quite a few ways… Could you PM me with some examples (if there are any)?

I love swosshes and wishesHello again!
It’s been a while, it’s been a holidays period here. But I took your advices and started adding some swoosh sounds to my portfolio (some are already accepted to the AudioJungle library).
Thanks for your tips so far!
I am still thinking about the mechanical / servo sounds, as some of you suggested
Any other opinions on this? Any other ideas?
