I’ve never used it, but does have NppFTP.

3. Design in fireworks (using Ai/CorelDRAW and Ps for stuff Fw is not capable of).

4. Code in MS expression web (i love the intellisense).

5. Test in browsers (including IE8 ).

6. Test in IE7 and IE6 .

7. Fix IE7 errors, and “try” to fix IE6 errors, else dump it

8. Celebrate.

If its wordpress or a another script, WAMP for local hosting :)
