I just googled “vector hdtv” to see if my item was indexed to flash den and found the following site offering my file as a download!!

I actually had a look and when you try to download you get:
“No download links available due to licensing restrictions.”

Yes, this site is safe (I think)...there is a page just for Flashden there and all files link here.
Are those FlashDen files submitted by the authors or how doea that work? By the sounds of things if djlaw didn’t know about it, then the answer is no!
