It may simply be that you’ve grown used to seeing the thing at full resolution. Remember, all the previews you see on Videohive, you never saw how they looked immediately. There are some fundamental limitations to the compression that Flash uses, no matter how high you set the data rate. You may see banding in smooth gradients and loss of small or fast moving detail. For the former, you can try dithering the original movie by adding some grain, which will break up gradient banding to a greater or lesser extent, but will introduce noise and make for a higher overall datarate.
