Can i Attach the payoneer card to my paypal account card???

I believe PayPal does allow adding a debit card to your account, and the Payoneer card is a debit MasterCard. They will make a test charge to the card when adding it, however, and as the Payoneer card is prepaid you need to make sure you have an available balance when adding the card.
