dSky,
I got your email, but I have not had a chance to write you back. I’ll reply a little bit later today, and can give you some stuff. And no, you cant use commercials in your projects.

Hi dSKY,
I think that file uses those videos because was uploaded more than one year ago, when the copyright and assets rules were different…

Yeah I have seen a few with movie trailers but that was when the copyright was not so strict, althought personally they should still be taken down…
You have to be careful with sound as well, although a certain very big author had music playing in the background and got away with it on his video player(s)...
I’ve used a public domain video from archive.org.
If you look around in the moving images section of archive.org, you may be able to find something that works for you. Just make sure that the license says “Public Domain”.
Here is the video I used: http://www.archive.org/details/FilmLeader

@agraddy
Thanks for the info , I’ll check it out ,also I’m gonna google a bit about “public domain licence” , because I’m not familiar with that.
Public domain means that nobody holds the copyright for the item so it can be used in any way – it is owned by the public.

care to mention this author’s name?
