Video approval?

I uploaded a video file on Sunday night, at that time it said I was in position 5 out of 5. Later on I could no longer see the upload queue. I click upload an item, I get the page that has the buttons “instructions” & “Upload” but no upload queue. Then I look in the video section today, and the 4 files before mine were approved, but my video is not there. But I also did not get an email confirmation of acceptance of denial. So I have a feeling like for some reason the file is not there anymore…I may have to re upload it. But it may be there…I am very confused hehe.

Bobocel, I sent you an email about it…not sure if you got it…but if you see this could you check it out for me…I just need to know if I have to re-upload it when I get home later.

hi al..same thing happned with me….actually with 25 more enteries…as a result of some technical flaw..due to which the files got deleted ...so we guys need to upload them again:0 i have already uploaded…:)

Hey, the thing is I uploaded my files after that technical flaw thingy…I’m almost positive…the fact that 4 videos got upped before me and those are all added leads me to believe this is the case. It would suck if I had to re-up my files. I know since the video section gets less traffic they wait for a few files to build up before they approve them…and I was happy that 4 were already in there when I upped mine, meaning they would get added soon. Now if I re-upload mine, and no other videos are up there, god knows how long I will have to wait, till there are sufficient videos to add them.

What does a guy gotta do to get videos approved? lol

There was a bug in the system so I couldn’t approve videos, but as soon as it was fixed I approved all videos and flash files in the queue. All good now!
