This issue is quite complicated. Just as Jack said, “you just can’t offer extended licenses for products that include other people’s work.” The original creator of ‘ITEM A’ will lose a lot of sales if ‘ITEM B’ is very good and have the potential for huge sales. If a buyer can get both ITEM A +B =C at a very affordable rate with one time extended license, why will the buyer go for only A when he can get both cheaper and better.
It is good to resolve to a better solution that will benefit both the creator of item A and the manipulator of item B – should be a WIN -WIN transaction.

ImadJomaa saidI got it what u Wanted to explain but u can’t sell the item only under the extended license the normal licence is must
Hello,Thanks for all the replies. My question isn’t regarding whether I can sell it incorporated with my work, my question rather lies in can my item that incorporates it be sold under the extended license, if so, how would that work for the item that was incorporated in my item.
Thanks, Imad Jomaa.
There is no way u can sell the item under extended license only

I am not sure what you are getting at. I am simply asking a question out of curiosity which came to thought when I was thinking about purchasing an item from here under the extended license to be used with one of my items. If my statement “that would be correct” isn’t clear enough, You are absolutely correct about items being required to be released under the regular license. In a whole different set of words: yes, it must be released under the regular license. Moreover, my question is NOT about the regular license, I know that the regular license is a must. I am simply asking a question about the extended license not whether it is possible to sell an item only under the extended license.
Hope this makes sense, I know my explanations are sometimes confusing.
All the best, Imad Jomaa.

Sorry this has taken so long to respond to. Based on your questions we made some clarifications and changes to the licenses themselves. Be sure to check out the notes post for more details. If you have comments or questions, please ask them in the associated forum threads. Thanks! http://notes.envato.com/general/extended-license-changes-part-1/
