Update on Queue Issues

Hi guys!

You may have noticed that over the last couple days we’ve experienced some bugs in handlling file submissions and giving authors feedback on rejections. Sometimes authors have not gotten their resolution emails on their files, or emails have no included the feedback reviewers wrote for them. I apologize to any authors who have been effected by the issues! If you’ve experienced these issues and need help, please feel free to contact Envato Support and we can get you information on your file.

(While you’re there—please be sure to give a big thanks to our Support rockstars! Our Support team has been working around the clock to respond to the flood of tickets, and our development team is working diligently to get the bugs straightened out.)

While our development team is hard at work fixing the problems, I’ve asked the review team to hold off on handling too many new files from the queue until the issues can be fixed. That means that this weekend the queue may not move as swiftly as normal, so please bear with us while we work out the problem.

Thank you for informing us .. i’ve been asking for these sort of threads all the time .. to be updated about the progress of bug fixes, upcoming features etc. .. hope to see more of these in the future :D!

Thanks for the information. Is there a current deadline on when you expect the problem to fixed, or is it just going to be done when it’s done? ;)

Just a brief update: our dev team is starting to roll out some fixes. Yay, huzzah, go devs!

I anticipate the queue will still move slowly over the weekend as we ease back into things and make sure everything is as it should be. Again, if you experience anything odd or unusual with your submissions, or even any feedback or comments for me, please contact Envato Support so we can stay on top of it!

And now…having nearly doubled my normal amount of work hours for the day due to this excitement…your friendly neighborhood site manager is going to bed. :) Thanks, guys!
