Right, so let’s get this show on the road folks…
August 11/12th in Birmingham, England.
Let’s say could everyone get there for 13:00? Assuming most are getting the train shall we all meet at Birmingham New Street station – this is also indoors should it be raining (likely).
NB: For train bookings crosscountrytrains don’t charge a booking fee but it’s best to compare with a few for the cheapest… 
We’ll start off by all going and getting a quick bite to eat and drink and some silly icebreakerness so we’re a big family and then we’ll head out into the rain for some shenanigans 
Later I thought we could head somewhere and get more food and drink (I love food and drink) whilst hanging out and having a few games of through the legs bowling, one legged pool or something stupidly similar?
Then, we could end the evening with a tour of Birmingham’s finest pubs? (optional depending on ages obviously)
I’m going to stay in the Hampton by Hilton (cheapest in town I could find) and depending on peoples trains home we could all meet up for a awesome table covered in full english breakfasts and more shenanigans

PS: I went on http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/service/planjourney/search and it was cheaper than crosscountrytrains but just compare.
