A client of mine is an author over at TutsPlus – is there any way to pull his articles?

Envato has an api which works for all marketplaces. Checkout their wiki page http://wiki.envato.com/community/the-api/envato-marketplace-api-applications/

Thank you, but I am asking about the TutsPlus network – http://audio.tutsplus.com/ more precisely. :)
I need to get all the article titles and links by a given author.

TutsPlus is powered by Wordpress… And Wordpress does have author RSS feed URL …

Every wordpress author has an RSS feed for their posts. Here is the format:

http://example.com/author/authorname/feed/
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds

unfortunately, it is disabled because Tuts Plus uses Feedburner redirection to redirect all RSS feed to Feedburner URL … :crying:

Very nice, haven’t thought of the RSS feed. Too bad it is disabled there. :(

Nope, it’s a custom developed system.

With WordPress would be easier. Anyways, have you tried SimplePie? — http://simplepie.org/wiki/reference/simplepie_author/start

Thanks, Ivor – SimplePie looks neat!

I was about to use it, but unfortunately I found out that http://audio.tutsplus.com/author/author-name/feed/ redirects to http://feeds.feedburner.com/audiotuts (probably what agusmu meant). :(

I guess the only way is to get the page http://audio.tutsplus.com/author/author-name/ and parse the code to get what I need. :impatient:
