Trouble Uploading?

Hi everyone….........

i am Trouble in Uploading? my Uploading option is not properly working…..... when i upload a .jpeg then ok….. but when i upload .zip format then uploading complete but not show in pop-up menu….....

Now what i do? Plz advice me…...........

& what is proses of Retro uploading…..........i don’t understand

We’re using a flash uploader, the Retro Uploader is our old system. If you’ve got trouble while uploading a file, then I suggest you try the Retro Uploader.

If that’s not working, contact support with the following information:

• Browser Information (what browser you’re using)
• Type of problem (what happens with the upload)
• If you’ve tried the Retro Uploader (needed for support to double check both uploaders)
• Type of file (the file that’s not uploading properly)

That should be it, if they need any more information they will ask for it

I think It’s a simple problem. After upload your all file then reload your page ( If you do not see your file in pop-up menu… ) I hope it helps you. Thank you.

I contact support team …...But there are not response

Now small file size is uploaded but 7mb or bigger .zip file is not uploaded & pop-up menu….....

Plz….......Help me

When did you contact support? Note that it’s weekend, it might take longer to get any assistance.

On weekdays it might take up to 24h before you hear anything from them, besides, they run on overtime this week due to the meet-up in Chicago Don’t worry though, they’ll manage to get back to you as soon as they can.

Maybe it is a problem with your zip filename.

Really !!!! but It Helps me. I had also same problem. Really i don’t know why it does’t work with you. I am sorry about that. Try Google Chrome and name your zip file “main.zip” may be it helps.

sadly I’ve experienced this problem. with both ways I couldn’t upload files. Then I tried to log off and login again. I don’t know is it work but I could send my files after login again.
