What cracks me up, is the person asking always says , “my client wants to do x y z” ...why cant they be honest and say, im a noob and sending this email was a challenge in itself lol.

In the office I work in, I’m the go to guy for all things technical. Which sucks cause I’m a web developer not an IT guy. So this happend:
Manager: Hey Jesse I tried renaming this PDF but now it says its corrupt or something? Me: .... did you delete the .pdf at the end? Manager: I don’t know?
This was after teaching how to rename a file… I usually get emailed files and asked to rename them and send them back _ .... I dont want to live on this planet any more.
