Probably none or almost none. However this is possible by translating it yourself and letting the visitor click their language or using PHP to reconize the country the visitor is from by their IP and choosing the language automaticly. If you need somone to do this for you, you can always contact me trough my Envato user page or my website.

Usually it appears on the descriptions if the item is available in other languages.
