Been waiting for a long time. Much more cool than the Magic Mouse, definitely buying one.

I have used one. And is still just a trackpad. Usable only if you don’t have a mouse near you. A pc without a mouse is pretty useless is you ask me. You will need to have that near a mouse. And that means less space on the desk.

I think the same, and I am a mac user it’s just a trackpad with “magic” word added to the name ;O

How is it that everybody is laughing at Apple and their sales just grow and grow?

While they do some good things… they embed in them serious WOW factor. On top of that good marketing = win.

Apple is on boom at the moment. But a time will come when they will have Microsoft’s faith. Too big to be good. And with products that run mostly on WOW factor… I don’t see a bright future. The best example is the iPhone 4 design failure. One more mistake like that and their image will break forever.

Offtopic, but my personal choice for mobile is android. It fast, supports flash and its market share will overrun the iphone soon.

Looks useless, at least I think it’s useless for me. If you have a Wacom tablet and a mouse why get this? I want to see people start hacking this thing and come up with something useful for it to do (besides a digital drawing tablet). BTW , is Apple calling this magical and revolutionary yet? lol I just seen today they 12 core computer! Now thats magical and revolutionary! but then…...... the $5,000 USD makes it soooooo non-magical and so non-revolutionary.

I don’t think Apple will ever get to “Microsoft’s point”. I mean let’s be honest when was the last time Microsoft created anything that you thought was awesome? Apple creates products that are really great. I’ve been an apple fan boy for 10+ years now and they’ve successfully innovated new consumer products for that whole time. The don’t really cater to the tech savvy crowd with their mobile devices, but for the main stream customer their right on target.

I don’t love a lot of what they do as of late but I’ll admit even with reception issues I still would rather have an iPhone 4 over droid anything.
