This is cool~
It would be if pricks didnt keep reporting my posts.
Rather than ADDRESS the issue, seemingly they just CLOSE the thread.
Ridiculous. Well it’s no skin off my nose, I will just keep posting as I do, and at some point they will either have gazillions of locked threads ( because they ineptly cannot moderate ) or they will address the issue, and give out a warning/warnings to the idiots to wantonly report posts for no reason.

It’s pretty stupid to have a guy reporting your post just because he doesn’t want to see a free and nice plugin shared… People are free to share what they like to share. Doing it on a marketplace where people are selling stuff doesn’t make it forbidden.
Life is full of things. There is free stuff, there is paid stuff. You get what you want, you get what your pay for etc etc. People are not stupid. It’s not by trying to hide nice and cool free plugin that some people want to share that you will make more sales.
I think the report function should at least specify “has been reported by USERNAME ”. So everybody can know who is reporting (especially this kind of case where the report is unjustified).
Bugger :/
Care to post the name of the plugin again in a reply? (perhaps without a link to see if they still report you or not?)?
Ok last weeks jQuery plugin of the week from me is:
Chosen – Select Box Enhancer
Todays jQuery Plugin of the day is:
Chop SLIDER
This will Bloooooooooooow you away !
Oh, I’m loving that select box enhancer! That’s really well done. * thinks of possible uses *

Great Plugins
About reporting, the feature is stupid and that’s what I tried to address the last time. If we report all the posts in the forums the mods and stuff will look at that and disable it. That’s my opinion, may be not all people like to be revolutionary

As community moderators, we’re unfortunately not given the power to manage reported posts like support staff. If a thread ends up with a whole page worth of reported comments, the best we can do is lock it to prevent the pollution of the forum. Unfortunately in the last version of this thread, dave had no other option but to lock it…

Well, I just checked the locked thread. Apparently a moderator looked at it and removed some posts and the flagging in some posts. However, he didn’t remove the flag from your main post. So shall I say, it’s not really a mad user/seller?
