• A paradise for outdoors & mountain lovers!
• One country, 4 languages spoken
• The only country in the world with a square flag!
• Friggin expensive!!
• World class skiing (Verbier, Crans Montana, Zermatt, ...)
• Home to world’s most photographed mountain – the Matterhorn
• Great seasonal lifestyle, with powder snow in winter and steaming hot days by the lake in summer
• Epic music festivals all summer long – The Montreux Jazz is rocking the socks off my hometown as we speak!
• One of the world’s most multicultural countries. Almost half of the population is non-swiss citizen.

I am from small country, called, Republic of Serbia.

Cool country. We love RAKIJA (that is alcohol drink, like Russian VOTKA ), love good music, nature, and we have the hottest womens in the world!

Woow! I’m surprised for the excellent participation of the TF community. Now this is a big thread!

As I said before, I am from México. A great country… México has improve his participation in business, sports (we are very good in football), in beauty: we won the Miss Universe beauty contest last year so, the women here are gorgeous!

I’m from Russia. Some interesting facts about our country: Wild bears are walking around streets. Men, women and children drinks vodka all day. We have a pocket nuclear rockets, everyone of us (we will kill you, don’t forget)

I’m from Scotland, and travelling across the country in the last few days I have seen -

Rugged landscapes, old towns and grey clouds drifting past hills and monuments. Rain lashing the grey streets of Aberdeen, where the grey building merge with the dark sky. The people were still cheerful, going out to the pubs and clubs. Green fields and hills, rivers swelling with water. On one occasion I saw a small patch of blue sky. The weather is not so good in the UK this summer.

I would say Scotland is a good place to come and visit if you want to get away from the more crazy and crowded places in the world. In general people here are friendly and down to earth, and the natural beauty here is amazing (when everything isn’t hidden in clouds and rain).

• In Crete if you don’t eat everything they bring to your table, they get offended. Yes, even if you feel like exploding, you need to take that last bite

I live in California, USA .

The weather is always above 68f.

The average heat is 72 degrees F.

The Fog is a nice break from the Sunshine.

We have Spanish Tile Roofs, and Spanish Buildings.

The sidewalks are tiled and slippery when it rains.

We have Bicycle lanes on the streets, and Tsunami warning markings.

We are protected by the Channel Islands from big Waves.

We had an Oil Spill in the 60’s that raised environmental awareness.

We like to live life slowly, our shops open at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. on Sundays.

We are a tourist destination.

Summer is now and the fishing is good!

My wife loves to fish and catch crabs, we should do that more, it makes her happy.

I take my vacations here at home.

We have beaches with many beautiful girls in bikinis.

The local College provides many worldwide students.

Prize winning Teachers, from the University.

We sometimes forget how lucky we are here.

We still have to work daily to make ends meet, but we live.

I missed mentioning many things.

I am happy here.
