Last month i have received payment via wire transfer from envato
$35 envato charges
$25 Australian bank charges
0 my local bank charges
=========
$60 deducted so much costly for us

Hey,

Those would be two different services. For the Payoneer Local Bank Transfer Service, select the Payoneer payment method, and then on the first page of the registration you will see the option to sign up for bank transfers at the bottom.

Due to the differences in how the two services work, you would have to choose one or the other. We do not currently support both simultaneously.

If you’d like to switch from the prepaid card to the Local Bank Transfer service, or vice versa, you can do so by contacting our CS department.

If these r two different services, it means that envato will not charge $35 dollar and there will be no intermediary bank charges. We will be charged only $9.95 (by payoneer) + any local bank charges.

Judging by your screenshot, it looks like Envato offers a SWIFT transfer service not connected to Payoneer. You would not be charged any fees associated with that service if you select the Payoneer payment method, as they are two different services.

When you select the Payoneer payment method and are directed to the application page, you will see at the bottom of the first page an option to apply for the bank transfer service.

So yes, as I mentioned, the fee for the Local Bank Transfer service is a flat fee per transfer of either $5.95 or $9.95 (depending on the country). All fees applicable will be shown to you during the application.

I have checked homepage of payoneer, as well as my account in payoneer site, i cannot see any option to apply for bank transfer.
